Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Hyderabad, Telangana only. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm.

Delivery dates

• Angadi delivers on scheduled delivery dates, not same-day. The available dates are shown at checkout, and you choose the one you want.
• Each delivery date has an order cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the next available date.
• This is deliberate: animals are sourced and processed against confirmed orders so that what reaches you is genuinely fresh, never frozen stock.

Time slots

At checkout you pick a preferred time slot for your delivery date. Slots are shown live and only the ones we can currently cover are offered. We'll do our best to arrive within your chosen slot; traffic and weather can occasionally shift timings, and we'll message you if that happens.

Delivery charges

• The delivery fee that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders above a minimum value qualify for free delivery — the current threshold is shown in your cart and at checkout.

Receiving your order

• Please keep the phone number on your order reachable on the delivery date — our delivery partner will call you.
• Everything travels in insulated, cold packaging to hold temperature until it reaches you.
• If nobody is reachable at the address, we'll attempt contact and hold the order. Because the goods are perishable, an order that cannot be delivered on the day may not be re-deliverable — we'll always talk to you before treating an order as failed.
