These terms apply when you order from Angadi through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Angadi supplies free-range village goat, country chicken, farm eggs and related produce, sourced directly from farmers in Telangana and delivered to customers in Hyderabad.

Ordering

• An order is confirmed once payment is completed, or once a Cash on Delivery order is placed.
• Ordering is open for the delivery dates shown at checkout, each with its own cut-off time.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item can't be sourced, the address is outside our delivery area, or we suspect misuse. If you've already paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

• The price shown at checkout is the amount payable, including any delivery charge.
• Prices can change, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay for that order.
• We accept online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) via our payment provider, and Cash on Delivery where offered.
• Promo codes are valid only while active, may carry a minimum order value, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Fresh produce — what to expect

• Meat is cut by hand to order, so delivered weight can vary slightly from the quantity ordered.
• Colour, texture and cut vary naturally between animals. This is normal for genuine free-range village meat and is not a defect.
• Please refrigerate immediately on delivery.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and make sure the phone number and address on your order are accurate — deliveries depend on them. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempting to break or overload it, no fraudulent orders, and no misuse of promo codes.

Our responsibility

We take real care with sourcing, hygiene and cold-chain handling. Where something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the affected items or refunding what you paid for them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
